School Social Worker of the Year

The Indiana School Social Work Association is proud to introduce Beth Hoban as our 2011 School Social Worker of the Year.
Beth has been a social worker for 15 years in the Kokomo-Center Township Consolidated School Corporation.
She has been an integral part of the Indiana School Social Work Association being on many committees as well as serving as president-elect, president, and past president.
Beth serves on her county’s Prevent Child Abuse Council and has received their Imagine Award.
Beth shares her expertise in social work by teaching at Ivy Tech Community College. She serves as a trainer in her school district for other school social workers and teachers.
Beth is also an active member of her church as well as a devoted wife and fantastic mother.
She is energetic, creative, and enthusiastic in her pursuit to serve others. Beth is the heart of school social work in Indiana!
